The color reminds me of any given Lambrusco with a hint of browning. Insane nose of dust, plum wine, soy sauce, himalayan pink salt, and charred ribeye. Notes of flat raspberries, medium ribeye, dust, and a hint of tangerine. A long finish that features the dust and tangerine with a dash of soy sauce. super interesting experience.

I very much enjoyed this wine, but its definitely a bit different. The nose is very savory, meaty, sanguine, with nice red berry fruits, and hints of minerality underlying. The palate is definitely lighter with high acid, but it is good with food. The finish is a touch short, but this is a very pleasurable wine that is a little off the beaten track and well worth trying, especially if you enjoy Burgundy as it is a bit reminiscent of …

Really good. The color has a good amount of brown and suggests an older wine, but this is vibrant. Palate shows cranberry, earth and dried potpourri notes. Really intriguing wine with personality.

Perfect warm weather red - a little earthy on the nose but cranberry and pomegranate dominate the palate with just a little bit of funk to add interest. Impossible to stop sipping this.

Super pale, in the Ploussard style. Reductive/funky nose but free (free-ish?) of brett. With air, this is juicy, cranberry, orange, copper, savory, fruity, full of personality and is really seamless and wonderful. Must buy.

Pale-red, almost orange color. Strong aromatics, strawberry-raspberry dominant over a bunch of other stuff. The texture is reasonably plush; at first, the tannins are tough and drying, but with extended exposure to air, they loosen up, becoming rounder, conveying some fruit flavor.
