Open this bottle a day before you want to drink it, minimum 4 hours. Aromas of sour cherries but more so of rose hip and black pepper, even some menthol. Complex! Showing the superb freshness of the vintage. This is so good right now but I believe in its ageing potential. Great PQR as this would also be a fantastic GG.
