Lunch with Koji Nakada (Claudine) : Only 2 barrels made, 80% new barrel, 18 months elevate, surprisingly golden in colour despite its age, pronounced aroma of honey, toffee backed with lemon, good precise acidity on the palate with honey, almond ending with a savoury finish.
