Fattoria Di Fubbiano Costa Toscana Bianco

Give this air! Given the low price and expectations, this was mostly a PnP. It started off with a bit of mustiness, which was not pleasant, but the fruit was decent enough and it has some nice backbone. Good, but no notable. Then 1/3 of the bottle was left overnight in the refrigerator, accidentally left with no closure. The musty element was gone and it gained depth and complexity. Happy accident!
