de Beaurepaire Chardonnay Captain Starlight Series

I've gone thru a few bottles. The wine has evolved from a precocious fruit bomb to a well balanced, aged chardonnay with, peach and pear, honeysuckle and orange blossoms, touch of vanillin oak on the nose and palate. A great value!

Enjoyable, excellent $8 wine. Headed back to Bevmo to get in on the end of the 2fer sale. This wine is blonde colored. On the nose is a Peach blossom. It tastes like Pear, fruity. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has a satin-like texture and finishes with a light oak flavor.
