Much better than the last bottle. "Feinherb" (something like almost dry) in the truest sense, lots of grapefruit, some bitterness almost no sweetness, high acidity

I am not really sure, whether the bottle was flawed or I just had a bad day... The cork was very soft and spongy inside. I found the wine shallow with unharmonious acidity, but my wife thought the exact opposite: fruity flavours, long aftertaste etc. So I am a bit waffled on how to judge this wine.
