Color: Very pale golden color. Nose: A plethora of apples with a hint of lime and gravel. Taste: Juicy apple flavor that immediately coats the palate. Mid-palate transitions to a more of a citric fruit mixed with apples before a very strong acidic finish. Lingering finish has excellent acidity to balance the juicy, sweet apple initial attack and mid-palate. Excellent mouth feel.
