Red and dark berry nose with strong beetroot character and notes of clove, perfume, pine, smoke and liquorice. Medium bodied palate with crunchy acidity and supple tannins. Good concentration of juicy fruit with a nice sour edge. Chewy mid-palate and more minerally lengthy aftertaste. Florality, beets, meat, smoke and slight liquorice.
