Love Pinots from Santa Maria. Starting to see some brick color on edges. Strawberries and stewed fruit on nose and palate.

Decanted about 4 hours. The nose had lots of black cherry and currant mixed with rose petals, spice, and a touch of tobacco. The palate was silky, with cherry, forest floor, and hints of toasted oak. The finish was very good.
