Really nice blue and black fruits, black cherry, violets, rose, and white pepper.

Tasting at Solminer, Los Olivos (Solminer Tasting Room, Los Olivos, California) : Tasting room - $25 tasting fee, five wines. Wine #5 of the flight. 148 cases. GSM ("M" being Malbec). $42. Bright and fresh, with again, an unfiltered mouthfeel, which I enjoyed. Seemed the most "conventional" of the wines poured today and had a strong Grenache feel to it. Would be an excellent red to pair with roast pork or even a pasta dish. My favorite of the flight.
