13.5% abv. Light gold color. Nose of lychee, melon, honey crisp apple, spring flowers. Med plus weight. Opens with tingly acid, definitely gerwurtz but doesn’t seem to find more than first gear: honeydew, more lychee, hint of pink grapefruit, off dry, washes out after about 30 seconds. Nothing special, doesn’t seem to have acid or sugar to go deep in cellar. Drink up.

A real beauty for $25! Sweet but not sugary, very floral. Makes a great aperitif, will buy more. (Bought a case today 10/15) 11/19 another bottle: 93 What a beauty... sweet but not cloying. Might be too sweet for some lunches, better as an aperitif or dessert wine. Love it!
