Super grassy gooseberry cat peeey nettles You can almost feel the acidity in your lower jaw just from the aroma Some woodsy vegetal aroma like a very green branch like palo verde or something Dried herbs celery tarragon or anise Very tart but the slight rs strikes a balance, medium bodied, high acidity Has a slight tannic grip at the end in upper lip 4.0

Very grassy. Tastes like its from SA. And then candied green fruit as well. And very pungent green.
