Sven Klundt Birkweiler Kastanienbusch Pinot Noir

Stood up for several days and decanted off fine sediment. Now 2h after decant. Shy aromas of red and black cherries, a touch of bark and stems. Palate w nice red and black cherries, bark, some brown stems, mild minerals and some baking spices. Medium+ body with excellent acids and faint tannins. Nice moderately long finish of black cherries, medicinal bark, and herbs. The palate is more giving than the nose. Good and tasty now but clearly needs more time. …
