App: dark purple red Aroma: cherries, earth and hint of oak Medium-bodied with excellent acidity and firm tannins. Good balance. Very good length. Not decanted, but drunk over two days. Best on day two, with a more integrated oak. Surprisingly young expression with cool fruit coming from the hot 2003 vintage. Decant or hold. 89 (90)

Deep dark, little unclear, purple red Aroma: distinct oak, violets, marzipan and lemon Full-bodied and very tannic. Very good structure, but still poor balance. Very distinct oak on the palate, which is not yet integrated and is, for the moment, overwhelming on other tastes. Medium to good length with nice spicy sweet cherries Great potential. Give it some years and you will have a superb wine.

Fremstår nå som en overeiket og svært stram bombe av en vin og bør lagres i minst 5 år til. Den har i alle fall struktur til å tåle det, og det er …
