A delicious viognier with notes of creamed corn, cantaloupe and hints of thyme. Has a fresh minerality that makes it a nice meal starter and a companion to fish and chicken, as well as light sauces.

PnP and drank over a period of 2 hours with a noticeable drop in quality towards the end of the drinking period. This wine drinks well now. Viognier shows floral elegance, perfumed, apricot, and a nice finish of butter + honey. I have had a few bottles of this vintage and from my observation, it is best served a bit colder with some (in my opinion) unwanted bitterness and tartness showing as the wine starts to warm.
