A lovely PN. Bright red cherry fruit and a.predominant cinnamon spice component, both which linger on a clean lush finish. This is still quite youthful with good structure that should allow this wine to age gracefully over many years.

This is the pick of the litter for this winery.

Ready to go. Balanced and with a long finish. Tannins mostly resolved and acid compliments the red/dark fruits. Excellent weight. More herbaceous than fruit on the nose but it didn’t follow on the palate. One of those wines that surprises on the palate compared to the bouquet. Drank without food and didn’t need any. Delicious.

Nicely aged. Smooth with a slight earthiness. Fruit still showing nicely.

Drank over two nights with a week in between. Tasting notes from the second taste. Aging well. A nice nose of waning red strawberries. Soft on the tongue, current and cranberry flavors blend to single layer finish.

The Thanksgiving wine. Went very well with the meal.

Typical but reduced light Oregon pinot nose of dusty earth and dry strawberries; the rim was red and bright as expected for a 5 year old Willamette pinot; red cherry and red raspberry and strawberries, definitely a red fruit pinot; a soft nutmeg finish. Drinking well if opened or decanted for an hour. Will hold for 3 - 5 as it's vintage supports. A lighter, fruiter pinot.

From magnum: smells awesome, fig cookie, dried cranberry, fresh strawberry. Tart cherry hits early, more youthful palate than the nose suggests. Figs, cherry, almost a bit of tobacco. Structurally intact, balanced dusty tannin and acidity. The finish lingers with the dried cranberries and earthy minerality, not super long but not short. This is drinking really well and should continue to age well I think.

what a fun pinot. plenty of flavors all over the place. It has that dundee hills aroma and certainly the earth flavor from Oregon, but it is still lively enough and lets you enjoy the fruits.

A little flat and disappointing at first, but opened up somewhat later and proved to be a solid, balanced Pinot, yet without a very distinctive character. Very drinkable, though.

Earthy, but sweet, good full flavor. Very enjoyable given I don't usually like pinots. Was not as thin as most I've had and had far more flavor than expected without being over the top. Quite good.

Dundee Hills Tasting Event In Portland (Portland, OR) : Strawberries, earth, and some faint rhubarb and straw scents show. The wine shows some good acidity on the palate, with raspberry flavors and red earth appearing as well. There's a hint of dust on the finish, while the acidity finishes well, drying the mouth out. The wine is full and zippy with lots of potential for aging.
