A late-harvested (normally end of October) Garganega with grapes sourced from the oldest vineyards of the winery located in the Fittà cru, in Soave Classico zone. Aged for 15 months in the lees in oak barrels (30%) and stainless steel. Blended together and aged for another 15 months in stainless steel. 13,5% alcohol.
