SYZYGY Saros Red

My first USA wine in years - a gift brought back to Europe by a friend. Opened, had a taste, then decided to slow-ox and enjoy the following day. Dry palate with interesting savoury aromatics and firm, though balanced, acidic backbone. Actually a lot more supple and elegant than I was expecting. Good QPR at around 50 dollars. Ready to drink now in my opinion.

Open That Bottle Night (Mike's house) : The temperanillo seems evident. The palate is somewhat hollow, but there is plummy red fruit.
