Delightful and perfectly mature but still quite fresh with an underlying minerallity that adds complexity. Black currants and mint! 89 df 9.0

What a value! Still youthful and delicious for such an inexpensive bottle of wine! Dark, saturated ruby/garnet color. Aromas of red and black fruits as well as some oak and spice. Medium-bodied with a layered, fruit-filled mouthfeel. Fantastic quality tannin. This really shows what a great vintage can do! 89 df 9.0 drink now!

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like cedar, lead pencil, bark and coffee. It tastes like coffee, cedar and lead pencil. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. Like an average Bordeaux and at its peak. Well balanced I must say, surprisingly good.

Soft red fruit, cold cement and a bit of earth on the nose. Initial tastes of sour cherry & sour red raspberry, followed by brush and minerals. Moderate tannins and a medium-length finish. Had a very sour component at first that blew off as it was open.

Corks: Bordeaux (Rossford, OH) : Nice nose, deep and ripe. Medium+ structure, slightly green, medium ripe, dry.

Spicey red fruit, graphite and earth in the nose. good fruit, earth and quite smooth on the palate. Simple and easy to drink, better than expected, drink over the next couple of years.

Not much on the nose, nice round body, average fruit some lead and earth, making it a very decent drink every day drink for €10
