Great stuff. Pale golden colour and fine mousse. Green pear and rich umami soy saucey toast on the nose. Similar taste, fruit forward, with saline long finish. Great balanced acidity to go with it. Impressed for 45 CAD. Just creeps into the excellent range for me.
