The wine was clear with nearly no sediment. 65% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon Fermented in SS tanks with skin maceration and pump overs for about 25 days. Aging for 3 years in tonneaux and 3 months in bottle. Rich and dense ruby colour with watery rim displaying purple colour and an onset of brickening. Nose is dominated by the oak treatment.
