Very elegant and strangely reminiscent of a good Graves like Clos Floridène. The mouth is initially pretty Chablis-like (no complaint) but it develops into a rounder wine, still without any excess fat. 13% alcohol. Synthetic (reconstituted) cork. Just delivered last week. Pale colour. The nose is pleasingly flowery, although not very intense. The mouth is probably one step behind, as it suffers from some thinness and acidity bordering on the excessive. That being said, the flavours that are there are very pure. It will be interesting to see if this calms down over time, or alternatively to revisit this wine in a riper vintage. In any case this is good value for …
