Yarra Burn Pinot Noir Chardonnay Pinot Meunier

Light yellow/gold colour. Light carbonation. Nothing at first on the nose, then a cheesy/yeasty smell. The palate opens with mild cheddar and brown bread, then it's taken over by sharp acidity, contributing a strong, lean structure and a flavour of pink grapefruit.
