Inky colored and full bodied. Coffee, chocolate and black fruit, still tannic but perfect with grilled NY strip steak. I’m not a Malbec fan but this one had a solid mid palate which is where most Malbecs disappoint

I’m not a Malbec fan but enjoyed this when I did a tasting at the winery. Cracked open a bottle with grilled steak last night Tannic and very restrained fruit , a bit of pepper on the mid palate and gripping on the end. Paired well with the meal

Col Solare are expensive but solid Washington State wines.

I have to agree with Tanner on this wine. More elegant than I expected. Just a really well made wine.
