Alentejo Trip; 6/3/2018-6/8/2018 : Loving the dark aromas of saucy red and black fruit mixed with savory elements, sweet eucalyptus, cedar and pepper. Great structure, medium acidity, solid balance. Dark currants mixed with black pepper glaze, cocoa, clove, spiced tea. Needs time, but very pretty.
