60% Viognier, 25% Sauvignon, 15% Chardonnay- 12 months in oak. Aromatically restrained, but does reveal scents of a flower garden, oak, clove and white peach with apple and melon notes. The palate shows some austerity and tightness of youth. Spicy oak tones are balanced with the fruit and floral notes. Minerality is in abundance and adds complexity.
