Served chilled in Port glasses. Colour: very dark inky red like a young port. Aroma: Cherries, blackberries and fruitcake. Taste: Fully sweet and very rich. Flavours of cherry, damson, fig and raisins with a dark chocolate finish. Smooth and velvety mouthfeel with a very light dusting of tannin. This is a bit like a cross between port and cherry liqueur and makes a great alternative to Sauternes if you are pairing it with chocolate or forest fruits.

Dessert wine with tannins, very cool and a great wine! Drank it together with chocolate mousse and cherries a good combo

Dark inky colour. Muted nose of blackberry and blueberry and to drink it has thick, layered texture of blueberry and blackberry fruit which great intensity, medium sweetness and with some tannins which provide a nice counterbalance to the fruity, raisiny flavours. Perfect with chocolate mousse.
