By the glass as part of the wine paring at KOL, London. A very soft smoky Mescal and with a lot more emphasis on the agave than the smoky side. Super solid once again.

A very solid Mezcal and we are loving exploring more and more this spirit that once was a peasants drink and now is a full on artisanal beauty. light smoky more emphasis on the agave than the smoke. Super solid.

Dinner@Tommaso's (Geylang Serai) : [46.2%, Lote 03, Botella 730/1440, Fecha 07/15] Smokey, wood ash, grey florals, sweet smoke, complex, burnt sugar, sweet succulents, aromatic sap. Amazing stuff!
