Aromatic bouquet of fresh berries, kelp, herbs, and cured meats. Light to medium body, lifted and juicy. Serious acid, made for food.

A good rose is savory, and this does that well. Ocean breeze on the nose, the palate is easy with a saline character and dried strawberry. Solid stuff.
