A tad more yeast than the first bottle. This gave it a touch more complexity, hence the slightly better score. You'd have to pay upwards of $50 to $75 to approach this quality of wine in a French Champagne.

- Salmon color with small pearls - Delicate with a faint lemony bouquet that quietly evolves into a long, toasty, slightly yeasty finish. We opened the bottle when it was very chilled. It gained in complexity with a slight warming. This bottle rally worked well with broiled swordfish. The QPR on this wine is wonderful. I paid $26 a bottle, but even at its mid to high $30 list, it's well worth the cost.
