Ekleipsis Pinot Noir Pinot Nouveau

Very interesting pinot which tasted like it was unfiltered. Would buy again. Very easy drinking

Served chilled. Light spritz, certainly noticeable but less than expected based on the sparkling wine bottle with crown cap. Cloudy cranberry hue. Juicy cherry-cranberry, tomato, earth, with a radishy/spicy acccent, good tart acidity, a touch of vinegary tang which works just fine, and a firm undercurrent of salinity. You could call this a grape cider; all the way into "natural wine" territory, wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but I dig it. Vivacious, juicy, refreshing, fun.
