The Bruery Birnesap

It may not have the same complexity or punch as Apfelsap, but it's still a really tasty wheatwine. The nose has a ton of clean, earthy character, with a ton of pear notes. The sip, meanwhile, is the most confounding bit of all, as the pear character lingers around the outside while the stronger, sweeter wheatwine notes sit right on the middle of the tongue.
