Medium-pale yellow gold with green tint. Green apple, yuzu, yuzu peel, honey, white flowers, and minerality. Medium-full bodied, high acidity, medium-high structure, medium alcohol and long finish. Bold, complex and elegant. Rich palate with searing acidity to lift it. Very nice wine making.

香气中有着飘逸舒展的果味，带着一丝柠檬皮和橙花精油的气味，有着良好的纵深感，一点自然发酵带来的气味和酒泥陈酿的风味混合纠缠着，延伸出了清淡的塞松啤酒的印象，而果味在行进过程中也逐渐展示出来，爽脆的白桃和成熟的苹果和柑橘为主。口感似乎有一点残糖，酸度高而有力，也在行进中扩散躯体，干浸出物触感均匀光滑，带着酒泥带来的风味和轻微的氧化感，将果味渲染得颇有层次，果味有着良好的集中度和比较轻盈的体态，不过再行进中变化不多。93/100

Howard Ripley Germany GGs, Reds, and Auction Tasting. Brief Notes: AP: 08 24. Quite a generous nose with stone fruits. Crisp and zesty with lovely texture and balance. A mineral note and lovely depth of citrus and stone fruits on the palate.

Apple and fruity nose. Fresh and nice tannins. We had it with crab, would like even more acidity. Nice rieslind

This is a great Reisling, nice and dry wine, with good tannins that makes it an excellent food wine. Good fruit flavours an long aftertaste. Very approachable Riesling from and excellent year. Enjoy!

GRANDI RIESLING A TAVOLA CON GIOVANNI GRASSO (RISTORANTE LA CREDENZA SAN MAURIZIO CANAVESE) : Assaggio di quaglia cotta a bassa temperatura, mele verdi e aceto balsamico. Zucchero 1g/l 12,5% vol. COlore più pieno, giù tendente al dorato. Naso intenso, di grande aromaticità. Metallo e fiammiferi strofinati, attacco sulfureo e un pò in salamoia. Genialer Bio Riesling. Eher Apfelige, stahlige Frucht, Ananas, unerhört mineralisch und klar, intensive Säure, braucht noch zeit und Luft, macht aber schon viel Spaß.

Peter Jakob Kühn, Rheingau (Macis restaurant, Leipzig) : Intense honeyed yellow fruit aroma, fresher than the Mittelheimer (St. Nikolaus 2010). Slender entry, strong acidity and almost slatey minerality. Juvenile and sulky on the palate at this stage of development. Short finish. Distinctly pricey at 31,50€ /75cl. 88P(?)

VdP Rheingau Wine Presentation (Kloster Eberbach) : Very closed, very spicy, fermented on the lees, RS less than 1 gram, very individual style, impressive. Bottled under cork - they have now been able to source one that is certifiied biodynamic.
