Albert Ponnelle Bourgogne Blanc Réserve de la Chèvre Noire

Looking to the wine would make you think of Chablis - the pale yellow with green shades. The nose is again very "chablisienne" with lemons, little touch of apple, mineral and fresh....crispy wine you would think!!!! But the mouth overcomes these impressions with the apple notes on top, round body, touch of butter....the freshness is there but not so much supported by the minerals and the lemon edge.
