Highly, highly quaffable - beautiful pink salmon colour, nose of fresh spicy berries - sweet, intense red berries, but dry finish - the poor bottle never had a chance...gone in 20 minutes. Everyone present came looking for more. Unique. Complex? No. Delish? Yes!

Very drinkable strawberry/cherry semi-dec sparkler. Not too sweet/cloying, but refreshing and light. Wife and I both enjoyed this a lot. A little one dimensional, but that dimension is great! Will be looking for more.

Tasted like a decent champagne mixed with a bit of Pomegranate juice. Nose of the same with a bit of watermelon. Not over-the-top sweet, but a definite "wine cooler" thing going on. Small bubbles, very refreshing, and popular on the night it was served. Will wait to drink the other bottle until a hot summer day.

Year end blindtasting : Clear pink color. Sweet strawberry and ripe apples on the nose. Light, delicate, sweet fruity taste. Small bubbles that hangs on the palate for a nice long while. Ending with some bitter cherries.
