Mild nose of chalk and baby powder, with a hint of elderflower. Off-dry palate: mild sweetness, mild acidity, and a light, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavours of chalk, mineral water, and lime. I prefer it chilled, as it tastes less sweet that way.
