Onklers August 23 BYO; 8/26/2023-8/27/2023 (Sindre) : Golden straw yellow, with many and aggresive bubbles. Nose with baked bread, apple fruit, butter, nuts and sea. On the palate, the wine is fresh with yeast, brioche, salt, almonds, and marzipan. The finish is long and has honey and sweet notes.
