Unappealing colour: murky, dull dark gold. Massively complex nose: metals, grape juice, musty, sharp. Strong apples, with hints of salty manzanilla sherry. To taste, metallic cider, juicy and highly intriguing. Acidic finish. Perhaps an acquired taste, but brilliant with food.
