Nice balance of fruit and tannins. An easy grab-a-bottle choice for beverage or a simple meal.

Opaque violet with ruby rim. No sediment in the bottle. Smells and tastes like blackberry and cherry. Body is medium/full. Smooth textured, finishes medium length. Mild tannins coat mouth but do not grip. The 15 g/L of residual sugar (Palm Bay—importer's website) lend weight to the mouthfeel, and balance the naturally high acidity of the lead grape variety Teroldego (40%), leaving an overall impression toward dry rather than sweet. Not a boutique wine but solid for use with daily meals.
