British Columbia Wines; 4/17/2007-4/22/2007 : (Rimrock Cafe, Whistler BC) Dark and inky. Very Zinny. Big fruit nose with currants and blackberries. Upfront jammy with a touch of sweet structure which provided a nice body. Dark fruit dominate, but suprisingly light on the palate with a clear stucture and clean finish. Delish with caribou and venison.

grapey colour. Lots of vanilla on the nose and finish. dark blackberry & plum on the finish with a hint of clove spice at the end. smooth tannins with some good acidity to keep this from being cloying. good effort!
