Kunde Barbera Destination Series

Drinking great right now after 30 minutes of air. Pours dark. Nice nose. Integrated mouth with layers of complexity. Smooth lingering finish. Very good for a CA Malbec.

Tremendous amount of sediment in the bottle, screen the last glass.

Wine is deep ruby with a nose of black fruit (plum), vanilla, and some earthy undertones. Aroma is fairly low. Wine is very smooth with some pronounced acidity. Tastes of black fruit, vanilla, and a little mocha. Tastes like a warm, sunny CA day.

Deep dark red color. Fruit matches the opaque juice, but it is also well balanced with the tannins and alcohol. Not overdone, dark red fruit with mocha and some earth throughout. Medium to long finish. One of the better California Malbecs I've had.
