12,5% ABV. Bruised apple, citrus, apricot, hay, beeswax, some volatility and honeyed oxidative notes on the layered nose. The light to medium-bodied palate continues with the same ingredients, adding stony acidity. Long finish with yellow fruit and wet stone. There is some residual sugar, which does round out the flavors a bit, but the firm acidity takes care that the overall feeling stays dry rather than off-dry.
