Saison brewed with Rose Hips, Rose petals, and hibiscus. Nice nose of florals, funky yeast, earth, a little yellow cherry. Palate of more floral, yeast, earth, nice spice on the end to go along with the sour that is typical for this brewery. Glad to see this beer showing well as my last bottle was a little off.
