Served with friends along side BH Carm. This one is def a step behind. Not as righ and full as black hills. But we still enjoyed it. Including the pepper and plum/berry/earthiness

Shared with friends over supper at the cabin. Chicken thighs smoked with Alabama white sauce. Loved the pepper but it’s def a bit young. Going to try holding off a while before cracking another bottle
