Deep salmon pink. Berry aromas; aging has produced a smooth bright rounded red berry fruit character with tangy notes and a touch of acidity.

Our last bottle of this and we thoroghly enjoyed it by itself sitting on the balcony watching the neighborhood dogs being walked after a busy day of the mundane and banal of homeownership.

Took this to Betty Boyd and Howard’s as part the weekend festivities. It went fast.

Strawberry on the nose. Grapefruit on the palate but barely noticeable. High acidity and very one note. Drinkable but not much more.

Pretty much like all the rest: very pretty. With pimento cheese sandwiches.

Just as it always is - drinkable fun. With scrambled eggs under shaved truffle. Recommended.

Soft aromas and flavors of strawberry and citrus. Light, simple, refreshing.

Clean. Mineral. Bitter grapefruit pith. Nice rosé. Nothing terribly profound.

I was expecting this to be more Rhone or Tavel style rose' but had Provence tendencies. More acidic and salty than expected but not too dry. Fruit was less prominent than expected. None the less, a good rose'.

Just because I could on my solo return from Sonoma (DDB stayed for Garden Club business). Loads of watermelon and lip smackingly good. With assorted cheeses. Recommended.

Strawberry and coconut on the nose. Medium body and a bit unctuous. High acidity leads into very taut fruit, and its a bit harsh and sour. Would be nice if it kept the acidity but had more richness and roundness to balance out the package.

Acidity is on the high side for a grenache-based Rhone rose. Other than that, completely unremarkable and rather bland, if inoffensive.

Acceptable, could use for a large party without embarrassment.

Tried this in the American Express Centurion Lounge at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). This Côtes du Rhône rosé shows as a light, delicate pink color in the glass. Nose is mild with a little rhubarb that mellows into far gentler strawberry and cream after just a moment. It's profoundly agreeable on the palate, easy drinking yet elegant. Strawberry notes feel sophisticated, yet gentle.

Great example of a big name sustaining a price a couple of dollars above true value A bit of a nonentity until a bit of licorice comes through mid-palate. Competent but/and uninspiring

Enjoyed on a warm autumn afternoon with snacks and my wife after a nice mid-distance bike ride. Very nice strawberry and mineral notes. Beautiful orange color that glowed in the glass.

Just too good to keep my hands off. With no food ... ok, a few cheeses, on the patio after I returned from a long Saturday at the office. Nice wine, nice late afternoon on a late September day.

Watermelon juice! With cheeses after a long extra day at the office while the Potter Party swirled beneath my window. No real notes.

Very light rose color. Nose of high acidity, rose and fresh red flowers. In the mouth you feel the acidity a bit aggressive which makes the wine difficult to escort with a big variety of plates. I have been expecting more from a M. Chapoutier wine
