Bodegas Toro Albalá Miut L'Assemblage

Deep lemon in the glass. Quite an interesting profile - oxidative but rich in fruit of all kinds (nectarine, peach, oxidised pineapple, guava), some iodine notes as well. Palate follows suit with lean acid, that strong saltiness that marks a good Pedro Ximenez and a long finish. Excellent wine.
