2017 Austin Food & Wine Festival; 4/29/2017-4/30/2017 (Auditorium Shores, Austin, TX) : I really enjoyed this. Great balance of fruit, acidity and oak. Long finish.

JM & Elaine at Bistro du Midi (Boston) : Rich buttery sweetcorn and toasted oak. Chewy, juicy toasted fruits. Restrained with oily minerality, on a long, clean and pure trajectory. Young and flinty, hints matchstick, and light wafty acid balance. Finishes interestingly with greysmoke and water color wash. Paired with olive oil poached halibut and tomato confit.
