A mid lemon yellow. Perfumed, grapey, floral, gently honeyed nose. Could almost make you think this was a gewurztraminer, or at least had a bit of gewurz in it. There is definitely some sweetness on the palate, but it's really quite delicate feeling. Very elegant for a VT, and much more complex than most muscats can manage to be. Tasted at the vineyard. Petrol and flowers, smells like a Shell forecourt! Medium sweet, very elegant, a wine to enjoy on its own, delicious.

Birmingham Offline (Siam Thai Restaurant, King's Heath) : A honeyed sweet nose with some elegant floral notes - almost rosey. Delicate, floral palate. Very clean, with a lvoely easy sweetness. Much better than when first opened a couple of hours previously.
