Light yellow that really catches the light. Strong lemon on the nose. Notes of honey and lemon. Solid wet stone mineral core and a lovely pleasant finish reflecting the elements noted above. This was really excellent. Villagio's in NYC at Central Park.

Tasty but cloying, making it a bad pairing for dinner fare. "Typical" German Riesling flavors of honey and sweet citrus fruit with just a hint of effervescence. Although it's a Spatlese, next time I would pair this wine with dessert or drink it by itself.

Similar to the Kabinett offering from this vineyard, yet this wine is more plush, and slightly fuller in the mid-palate. Beautiful scents of white flowers, and apricots fill the air as this wine is given room to breathe. There is a lovely apricot, green apple, and honeyed mineral note on the finish that fortell of a wine that will only get better with proper time in the cellar. An Excellent effort that has the potential to become an outstanding wine …
