La Stoppa Colli Piacentini Stoppa

PnP, then drunk over two evenings. At the beginning very spicy and quite exotic. To me this was a very interesting, unexpected twist to the aromatics of these classic bordeaux grapes. The exotic character went away the second evening, even though it still remained intense and spicy. The palate shows a significant weight, but without excesses, and with enough freshness. It is still young and has many years ahead, but it is very enjoyable now.

Beaucoup de fruit mur et confituré. Plus beaucoup de tannins. Ca se boit tres bien.
